I feel Authenticities provided a tremendous service and in our guide, who was basically their representative as well as our tour guide, the company has a jewel. Nothing was too much trouble for him even repairing my sandals for me! He was knowledgeable, polite and caring, always trying to ensure we had the best experience we could have. My wife and I can’t thank him enough-he made our holiday. Also please note that the trip to the rainforest it was our choice that the guide didn’t join us since it was a relatively short excursion with a guide included.
